    家蠶基因組生物學(xué)國家重點實驗室教授
    國家外專千人計劃特聘專家


    研究方向:

    家蠶W染色體分析、性別決定級聯(lián)研究、家蠶進(jìn)化研究、斜紋夜蛾基因組測序。


    科學(xué)成就:
    三田和英教授國家“外專千人計劃”特聘專家。曾任日本國立農(nóng)業(yè)生物科學(xué)研究所昆蟲基因組單元負(fù)責(zé)人、特別高級研究員,主持家蠶基因項目及注釋項目,作為日本家蠶基因組計劃的負(fù)責(zé)人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)日本家蠶基因研究團(tuán)隊開展家蠶基因組計劃,構(gòu)建了家蠶30萬條EST數(shù)據(jù)庫及BAC文庫,并利用shotgun技術(shù)獲得3倍深度的家蠶基因組數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建家蠶全長cDNA文庫構(gòu)建和大規(guī)模測序分析,掌握了迄今為止世界最高質(zhì)量和數(shù)量的全長cDNA數(shù)據(jù)庫。此外,三田和英教授還在家蠶數(shù)據(jù)庫構(gòu)建、性別決定機制、人工選擇進(jìn)化、轉(zhuǎn)基因、免疫及抗性等多個領(lǐng)域做出了重要貢獻(xiàn),取得了眾多的高水平成果。近年PNAS, Nucleic Acids Research, DNA research, J Biol Chem, Genetics等國際學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表高水平論文200余篇;同時,在多個國際學(xué)術(shù)組織及雜志如美國細(xì)胞生物學(xué)學(xué)會、日本分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會、日本蠶業(yè)科學(xué)學(xué)會、BMC基因組學(xué)、BMC發(fā)育生物學(xué)、基因、昆蟲分子生物學(xué)、昆蟲生理學(xué)等國際知名雜志擔(dān)任要職。

    1975-1993: 日本國立放射科學(xué)研究所研究員,從事染色質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)研究;
    1994-2001.3: 日本國立放射科學(xué)研究所DNA測序及生物信息學(xué)方向負(fù)責(zé)人,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分裂酵母的cDNA目錄及基因組測序項目。自1997年起,與Maeda博士(加州大學(xué)戴維斯分校)及島田博士(東京大學(xué))啟動了家蠶基因項目;
    2001.4-2006.3: 日本國立農(nóng)業(yè)生物科學(xué)研究所昆蟲基因組實驗室主任,主持家蠶基因組項目;
    2006.4-2008.3: 日本國立農(nóng)業(yè)生物科學(xué)研究所昆蟲基因組單元負(fù)責(zé)人,主持家蠶基因組項目;
    2008.4-2013.2: 日本國立農(nóng)業(yè)生物科學(xué)研究所、特別高級研究員,主持家蠶基因項目及注釋項目;
    2013.3-至今: 家蠶基因組生物學(xué)國家重點實驗室,國家外專千人計劃特聘專家。
