劉艷軍：男，博士，教授，碩士生導師。遼寧省“百千萬人才工程”千人層次；國家自然科學基金通信評審專家；遼寧省“高校杰出青年學者成長計劃”首批獲得者；遼寧省高等學校優秀人才支持計劃項目第一層次獲得者；擔任《自動化學報》、《IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica》以及《Mathematical Problems in Engineering》的副編輯。
