徐金寶，工學博士，研究員，博士生導師，中國科學院“百人計劃”學者。新疆大學物理系獲得理學學士和工學碩士學位；同濟大學物理系獲得工學博士學位；澳大利亞國立大學化學所博士后。在國內外學術刊物上發表論文40余篇，獲得授權中國發明專利10項。

研究領域：

1、低維熱、壓敏感材料的光、電響應和物理機制；

2、鋰離子電池及其關鍵材料。

承擔項目：

國家自然科學基金，自治區自然基金和國際合作項目，烏魯木齊市科技創新項目，中國科學院“百人計劃”擇優支持等。
