高速撞擊動力學實驗室簡介
哈爾濱工業(yè)大學高速撞擊動力學實驗室(High Velocity Impact Dynamics Lab),主要從事超高速撞擊損傷特性、材料狀態(tài)方程、材料動態(tài)本構關系和失效模型、外物(鳥、冰和砂石)對結構和材料的毀傷特性,彈體跨聲速入水彈道穩(wěn)定性研究,空中及水下爆炸沖擊波與破片侵徹毀傷效應等相關領域的研究工作。高速撞擊動力學研究實驗室擁有國內外先進的實驗條件和儀器設備,彈體的發(fā)射速度從幾米每秒到幾公里每秒,速度覆蓋的范圍廣。擁有口徑分別為3毫米、6毫米、7.6毫米、12毫米、12.7毫米、14.5毫米、16毫米、20毫米、40毫米、50毫米和65毫米的非火藥驅動一級氣體炮,口徑分別為50/20毫米、50/12毫米和20/6毫米的非火藥驅動二級輕氣炮,單脈沖作用20毫米霍普金森拉桿,40毫米霍普金森壓桿,16毫米霍普金森壓桿,6毫米霍普金森壓桿,25毫米單脈沖作用的霍普金森扭桿、水下爆炸沖擊波毀傷效應模擬試驗系統(tǒng)、66毫米口徑的激波管試驗系統(tǒng)等。擁有高速相機、三維全場散斑非接觸動態(tài)變形測試系統(tǒng)、激光應變測試系統(tǒng)、高速波形存儲示波器等配套的測試、診斷和分析儀器設備,以及非線性動力學數(shù)值仿真軟件ABAQUS,AUTODYN 和LS-DYNA。具備為用戶完成高水平實驗及仿真研究工作的能力,并可為有關用戶設計加工相關的成套瞬態(tài)加載設備。

實驗室擁有兼職和客座教授4人,英國曼徹斯特大學教授李慶明博士,國家杰出青年基金獲得者-中國工程物理研究院總體工程研究所研究員陳小偉博士,中國工程物理研究院流體物理研究所總工谷巖研究員和湯鐵剛研究員。具有廣泛的國際交流與合作渠道,幾年來共有5位博士研究生與國外著名大學聯(lián)合培養(yǎng),與曼徹斯特大學、密歇根州立大學、以色列理工大學、佐治亞理工大學、挪威理工大學等建立了友好的交流合作關系。
