個人簡況：

19878年8月生于新疆吉木薩爾縣。中國水土保持學會青年科技獎獲得者(2016)，新疆科技進步二等獎獲得者(2010)。博士，副研究員。

研究方向：

水土保持與荒漠化防治;干旱區水文與水資源利用;荒漠植物的逆境響應。

學歷教育：

中國科學院研究生院博士(2003-2008)、水土保持與荒漠化防治學士(1998-2002)。

工作經歷：

2008-至今：中國科學院新疆生態與地理研究所。

在研項目(主持)：

(1)新疆自治區重大專項子課題:南疆不同立地條件苦咸水造林技術開發研究與集成(編號2016A03008-3-2)執行期間:2016-2020;經費245萬元。

(2)新疆自治區重點研發專項子課題:濕地污水處理及濕地植被恢復技術與示范(編號2017B03014-3)執行期間: 2017-2021;經費:120萬元.
