陳凡國，理學博士，2002年留校，2008年破格晉教授，細胞生物學博（碩）士生導師，遺傳學碩士生導師。2000-2002在中國農業科學院農業部種質資源與農業生物技術重點實驗室完成博士論文。 2002年以來從事小麥面粉優質品質機理及小麥和玉米抗逆基因鑒定與作用機理等基礎理論和應用研究。主持國家轉基因專項、國家863、國家自然科學基金面上、山東良種工程重大項目、中國科學院橫向合作課題等項目。以通訊或第一作者在本領域核心SCI期刊發表論文21篇；申請國家發明專利4項（授權3項）；作為主要完成人獲得教育部科技發明二等獎（2008）一項；榮獲2010年度山東大學教學能手，山東大學2011年優秀碩士學位論文指導教師，山東大學教學成果優秀獎（2012,2017）,發表教學論文（核心）3篇。
