                  郭文武簡介:男,1970年9月生,湖北鄖縣人;博士、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。1993年7月本科畢業(yè)于華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝系;1993-1998年,華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)攻讀碩士、博士學(xué)位;1998年6月畢業(yè),獲博士學(xué)位并留校任教。1999、2003年,分別晉升為副教授、教授。2001-2003年,美國佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)柑橘研究與教育中心博士后;2007年,澳大利亞CSIRO園藝部、澳大利亞國立大學(xué)高訪3個月;2009年,日本鹿兒島大學(xué)高訪2個月。

                  人才團(tuán)隊計劃、科研獎勵和榮譽稱號:入選國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金(2011)、教育部長江學(xué)者特聘教授(2012)、國家特支計劃(萬人計劃)首批科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才、“園藝植物細(xì)胞工程與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新”教育部創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊和湖北省創(chuàng)新研究群體學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人(2013)、教育部首批新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才、科技部首批中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才;曾獲湖北省自然科學(xué)二等獎(排名第二,2001)、國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(排名第三,2007)、第11屆中國青年科技獎(2010)。

                  國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)兼職:《Scientia Horticulturae》共同主編(2014.3—)、咨詢編委(2005.3—2014.2),《Plant Cell Tissue Organ Culture》Associate Editor (2009.10—)、《Tree Genetics Genomes》Associate Editor(2011.12—)。中國柑橘學(xué)會理事(2009.10—)、中國園藝學(xué)會理事(2013.10—)。

                  主持科研項目:先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金(青年、面上、國家杰青)、科技部973計劃課題、863計劃課題、教育部項目(創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊發(fā)展計劃、重大項目培育計劃、霍英東青年教師基金、博士點基金及優(yōu)先課題)、農(nóng)業(yè)部公益性行業(yè)科研專項子項目、瑞典國際科學(xué)基金、湖北省自然科學(xué)基金(創(chuàng)新群體、重點、杰出青年)、武漢市晨光計劃等。

                  研究興趣與重點內(nèi)容:從事柑橘種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新與遺傳改良研究。針對我國柑橘在品種、品質(zhì)等方面存在的問題,以及常規(guī)育種中遇到的珠心胚干擾等生殖障礙,開展細(xì)胞工程與遺傳改良研究。旨在提高育種效率、縮短育種周期,培育具有無核、優(yōu)質(zhì)、不同熟期等性狀的新品種,充分發(fā)揮“細(xì)胞工程”這一“傳統(tǒng)且不存在安全性爭議”的生物技術(shù)在柑橘遺傳改良中的獨特作用。重點研究內(nèi)容如下:1)體細(xì)胞胚、珠心胚發(fā)育的分子機(jī)理;2)細(xì)胞工程與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新:體細(xì)胞雜種、胞質(zhì)雜種創(chuàng)制,三倍體創(chuàng)制,同源多倍體發(fā)掘與利用,純系創(chuàng)制,細(xì)胞工程新品種選育;3)細(xì)胞工程新種質(zhì)特殊性狀解析與分子育種:胞質(zhì)雜種雄性不育性狀解析與基因發(fā)掘,人工合成多倍體的體細(xì)胞互作遺傳、表觀遺傳變異分析,轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)與分子育種。
