研究經歷: 2014年12月獲華中農業大學果樹學博士學位,從事小RNA調控柑橘體細胞胚發生研究。2013年赴美博士聯合培養1年,研究豆類植物合子胚早期構件的功能。2015年1月任教,從事柑橘生物技術研究。
研究興趣:
1)柑橘體細胞胚發生機理:愈傷組織是柑橘等果樹資源離體保存與創新、遺傳改良的重要外植體,而體細胞胚發生是愈傷組織離體再生的主要方式。擬從小RNA調控的角度,探討愈傷組織體細胞胚發生的分子機理,為維持柑橘體細胞胚發生能力提供理論基礎,長遠目標是將愈傷組織更有效地用于柑橘資源的離體保存與種質創新。
2)柑橘珠心胚發生機理:大多數柑橘品種具有無融合生殖特性,其珠心細胞不經歷減數分裂和精卵結合過程能直接發育形成胚。珠心胚來源的幼苗不攜帶病毒,并與親本植株遺傳組成一致,是柑橘砧木繁育和優良基因型固定的理論依據。擬利用激光顯微切割技術精細取樣并結合高通量的“組學”技術,發掘柑橘珠心胚發生的調控基因并驗證其功能。長遠目標是揭示柑橘無融合生殖機理,利用該性狀固定雜種優勢,降低制種成本。
