研究方向

1. 生物有機化學及藥物合成應用
優化經典有機化學反應，使其應改用于藥物合成、生物大分子的標記和改造等；
例1. 應用click反應使蛋白分子碘標記、熒光標記等；此部分論文發表在Chembiochem, JPS等雜志。
例2. 全新方法合成新的非天然氨基酸，從而在蛋白分子中引入帶有活性基團的氨基酸殘基，使生物分子可以參與經典化學反應；此部分論文發表在Chembiochem, JPS等雜志。
2. 生物活性肽的改造和生理、藥理學檢定和多肽藥物合成
使用非天然氨基酸或者化學鍵代替原始氨基酸或者肽鍵，設計并合成新型生物活性多肽，使之具備比母體更好的活性和持久的藥物時間。此部分工作發表在JPS等雜志；
3. 生物物理學及計算生物學
計算機輔助藥物設計和生物分子的模擬、核磁結構解析，分子對接等；
