研究方向
菌根(mycorrhiza)真菌是一類非常重要的土壤微生物,能與絕大部分陸生植物形成互惠共生體,對植物營養吸收、植物抗逆、植物群落、土壤結構以及碳氮磷的地球化學循環等具有非常重要的調控作用。本人目前主要在青藏高原及黃土高原地區開展叢枝菌根真菌種質資源及群落生態學研究,重點關注菌根真菌的群落裝配機制以及人類活動及資源有效性對菌根共生體的調控機制。
