    1.團隊組經費充足,實驗條件較好。團隊擁有200平實驗室,MOFs及能源方向的合成及表征設備齊全,購置有IGA002智能重量吸附分析儀、美國普林斯頓PMC多通道電化學工作站、美國普林斯頓636A旋轉環盤電極、武漢藍電CT2001A電池測試系統、日本島津UV-2700紫外可見分光光度計、日本島津GC-2014在線氣相色譜儀、英國Hiden HPR-20 R&D質譜儀、日本Belsorp-max全自動超高精度三站氣體吸附分析儀;團隊擁有包含VASP、TSS、LAMMPS、Forcefields模塊的MedeA正版軟件,可以滿足理論計算的需求。此外,團隊后續有場發射掃描電鏡采購計劃,在未來三年內會根據團隊發展購置其他相應儀器設備等。

    3.導師簡介:

    趙學波教授,英國紐卡斯爾大學博士、博士后,教授、博士生導師,中國科學院“百人計劃”獲得者,山東省“泰山學者”特聘專家,青島西海岸新區領軍人才,山東省氫能源與燃料電池產業聯盟專家。長期從事新能源、新能源材料、氫能綜合利用等領域的研發工作。回國工作后,先后主持4項國家自然科學基金面上項目,,并主持山東省“泰山學者”資助項目,(2016-2020)200萬元、中國科學院知識創新工程重要方向項目KJCX2-YW-W34,(2010-2013),200萬元、及其他地區、院所類創新項目5項,累積經費800余萬元。近年來,在國際著名學術期刊Science、Nature-Chemistry、JACS、Angew、Advanced Functional Materials、Nano Energy、ACS Nano、Chemistry of Meterials、Chemical Communications等學術期刊上發表100多篇SCI收錄的研究論文,被國內外同行引用6000多次。獲發明專利授權6項(其中1項為國際發明專利)。2016、2017連續兩年入選英國皇家化學會Top 1% 高被引中國作者榜單。2004年榮獲國家優秀自費留學生獎和英國燃燒工程協會頒發的杰出研究成就獎“The Derek Ezra Award 2004”。在氫氣儲存和氫同位素分離研究領域做出過具有世界影響的重要學術貢獻,相關成果以第一作者身份發表在國際頂級期刊《Science》上(2004,306, 1012-1015),單篇引用達到1100多次。

    4.研究領域:

    學術生涯始于石油加工領域的教學和科研,出國前(2000年以前)主持和參與了多項石油煉制和天然氣處理與加工等領域的科研項目。在英國求學和工作期間(2000-2010),從事多孔碳材料和多孔金屬有機框架化合物(MOFs)的合成與應用以及非常規天然氣頁巖氣開發等研究,具體包括氫氣儲存、氫同位素分離、甲烷儲存、二氧化碳捕集、焦油水蒸氣重整制氫、頁巖孔隙評價及頁巖氣儲量預測等。2010年加盟中科院青島生物能源與過程研究所,組建了“儲氫及新型納孔材料”團隊,從事新型納孔材料的制備和應用、儲氫和氫同位素分離、天然氣凈化和分離、小分子石油烴類分離等研究工作。2014年調入中國石油大學(華東)非常規油氣與新能源研究院,創建新能源科學與技術研究中心,從事新能源、新能源材料、氫能綜合利用等領域的研發工作。2019年調入齊魯工業大學(山東省科學院)材料科學與工程學院繼續從事新能源材料方面的研究。
