圖書簡介

本書主要包括兩部分。第一部分的第一章系統(tǒng)地介紹了英文商務信函寫作的基本知識，第二至第十二章遵循外貿常規(guī)流程，依次介紹了業(yè)務關系的建立、資信調查、詢盤及回復、報盤、還盤和接受，支付方式、包裝、保險、裝運、索賠與理賠，代理等內容。第二部分是附錄部分，內容包括各個章節(jié)的樣信、對話的譯文及練習答案。本書的特色是，以兩個具體的模擬公司的一單生意，從建立外貿業(yè)務關系開始一直到索賠及代理，為主要線索，以外貿操作過程的各個環(huán)節(jié)所涉及的樣信為具體內容，兩個公司對一單電子產品完整的貿易過程貫穿整本書，使讀者置身于一個業(yè)務操作環(huán)境中，對外貿信函的特點、實際運用過程有更透徹、更深刻的理解，具有實用性。同時，本書的練習題內容全面，題型多樣，突出各個章節(jié)的重點。
　　本書可供高等院校國際經(jīng)濟與貿易專業(yè)、外貿英語專業(yè)及其他相關專業(yè)師生使用，也可供社會讀者，尤其是從事外貿商務活動的讀者參考。
