內蒙古大學計算機學院軟件學院碩士生導師張俊星介紹如下：

張俊星博士是內蒙古大學計算機學院教授、博士生導師、內蒙古自治區“無線網絡與移動計算”重點實驗室主任、“操作系統”自治區級精品課和“計算機網絡”校級創新團隊的負責人。擔當過IEEETransactionsonMobileComputing，WirelessNetworks，ICNP等多個國際期刊和會議的審稿工作。他是微軟認證的解決方案開發專家（MCSD），擁有Solaris,Informix等多項專業認證，并且是多個國際學術社團和榮譽社團的成員。獲得過內蒙古自治區“草原英才”稱號、美國猶他大學全額獎學金、美國科羅拉多州立大學全額獎學金、以及美國計算機協會旅行津貼。
