工作經歷:
2000年以來:對外經濟貿易大學商學院講師、副教授、教授(博士生導師);中法高級企業管理干部培訓中心副主任、商學院管理學系副主任、商學院人力資源與組織行為系主任。
2003-2006:大型央企中國電子器材總公司(CEAC)特聘人力資源總監,負責總公司全國系統戰略人力資源規劃、總部薪酬績效改革、各事業部組織結構調整與人員配置等;期間曾兼任總公司人事處處長和培訓中心主任職務,嘗試將體制內管理職責與現代人力資源管理要求相融合。
2007-2008:美國西東大學斯蒂爾曼商學院訪問教席、客座教授(Visiting Faculty, Adjunct Professor, Stillman School of Business, Seton Hall University),講授本科層面《組織行為學》(Organizational Behavior, BMGT2503);
2009-2010:香港浸會大學工商管理學院王寬誠教育基金訪問學者、訪問教席(Wang,K.C.Visiting Scholar, Visiting Faculty),講授本科層面《中國人力資源管理》(Human Resource Management in China, HRM3630)。
