肖衍宇，女，中共黨員，博士，藥劑學專業副教授，碩士研究生導師，現任中國藥科大學藥學院藥劑教研室教師，國家發改委藥品價格評審專家。目前的研究方向為新制劑與新技術研究。

2、教學方面

主講本科生課程《藥劑學》和《藥物制劑工程學》。主持“中國藥科大學校級教學改革課題”1項。獲中國藥科大學藥學院第四屆青年教師講課比賽三等獎（2009年）、獲國際特品公司（ISP）獎教金（2011年）、獲2012、2013年度“國家級大學生創新創業訓練計劃項目-指導教師”榮譽稱號、獲“中國藥科大學2012級本科生導師”榮譽稱號。

3、科研方面

主持國家自然科學基金青年基金項目、江蘇省自然科學基金青年項目、中央高校基本科研業務費專項資金青年項目、中央高校基本科研業務費專項資金培育項目、中國藥科大學引進人才啟動資金項目各1項，參與完成十一五國家科技重大專項及多項國家自然科學基金項目。同時，主持或參與多項橫向開發項目和產業轉化工作等，并與企業合作成立一個校企聯合實驗室。
獲江蘇省科技進步二等獎（2009年）、獲得河南省醫藥衛生科技成果二等獎（2009年）、迄今發表論文71篇，其中SCI收載21篇；參編《中藥成分的胃腸轉運與劑型設計》及《藥物生物藥劑學信息數據庫》軟件的開發，2010年正式出版。參編著作《藥劑學》（人民衛生出版社），2013年正式出版。申請專利13項，授權8項。
