秦民堅:男，博士，中國藥科大學，教授，博士生導師。1983年畢業于東北師范大學生物系，1995年獲中國藥科大學生藥學專業理學博士學位。現任中國藥科大學中藥資源學教研室主任，中藥資源與開發專業負責人。兼任國家藥品監督管理局中藥材生產質量管理規范（GAP）專家組成員，江蘇省植物學會副理事長，江蘇省“333”工程中青年科學技術帶頭人，江蘇省高校“青藍工程”中青年學術帶頭人;中國藥學雜志,植物資源與環境學報,中國野生植物等雜志編委。主講碩士研究生植物化學分類學、中藥資源學選論，中藥資源與開發本科生專業的中藥資源學等課程。參加的《校內藥用植物實習基地建設和教學實踐》課題獲1997年度江蘇省高校教學成果一等獎和普通高等學校國家級教學成果二等獎，2004年獲江蘇省科協第六屆江蘇省優秀科技工作者稱號。2010年“太子參的種質資源與品質評價”項目獲得教育部科技進步二等獎和江蘇省科技進步三等獎。目前主要從事藥用植物資源與質量、中藥資源與新藥開發、中藥材規范化栽培技術等研究，曾主持國家自然科學基金項目等國家和省部級課題20余項，在國內外期刊上發表論文190余篇。目前承擔國家自然科學基金項目1項，江蘇省中藥資源普查項目等。
