劉麗芳，女，1999年在中國藥科大學獲得生藥學博士學位，同年留校任教。曾先后在南京大學，香港中文大學，上海外國語大學和美國加州大學歐文分校進行博士后研究、進修或作為訪問學者。現為中國藥科大學天然藥物活性組分與藥效國家重點實驗室教授，中藥分析教研室主任，中藥學與生藥學碩士生導師，生藥學博士生導師。

研究方向：①生藥活性成分與質量評價；②現代中藥分析。

主要研究成果:作為課題負責人，先后主持國家自然科學基金面上項目2項，“十一五”國家“重大新藥創制”科技重大專項—創新藥物研究項目1項；參加國家科技攻關計劃，“十二五”國家“重大新藥創制”科技重大專項—創新藥物研究項目，國家自然科學基金項目、江蘇省高技術項目等9項，主持橫向科研項目7項。已發表科研論文80余篇，其中SCI論文20篇，獲國家發明專利授權6項，主編或參編論著11部。獲江蘇省“青藍工程”優秀青年骨干教師獎勵并入選2010年度江蘇省“青藍工程”中青年學術帶頭人培養對象。

學術兼職：中華人民共和國藥典英文版編委，教育部學位和研究生教育發展中心評審專家，國家自然科學基金委同行評議專家，國家科技獎勵評審專家。
