張玉彬博士，教授、博士生導師。

1998.6畢業于中國藥科大學生化藥學專業獲博士學位。1989.6畢業于中國醫學科學院和北京協和醫學院微生物與生化藥學專業獲碩士學位。1982.6畢業于江南大學化學專業獲學士學位。
2007.8-2008.3年比利時楊森制藥公司生化與分子藥理學部進修學習。2002.1-2003.1年美國紐約城市大學研究生院生物學專業博士后，2003.2-2007.1路易斯安娜州立大學Pennington生物醫學研究中心博士后。1982.9-1986.7年在南通大學師范學院生化室任助教。1989.9年至今分別任中國藥科大學生物化學教研室講師、副教授、教授和室主任。

中國生化與分子生物學學會教學專業委員會理事；江蘇省生化與分子生物學學會理事；美國科學促進會(AAAS)會員；北美肥胖癥研究協會（NAASO）會員；中國藥科大學學報編委；中國醫藥生物技術雜志編委；Biotechnology雜志編委；

長期從事生化與分子生物學教學與科研工作。主講本科生《生化與分子生物學》、《專業英語》和研究生《生化與分子生物學進展》。主要研究方向為代謝性疾病的基礎與藥物治療研究。先后主持國家級科研項目4項，省部級科研項目3項，重點實驗室開放基金3項。參與國家自然科學一項，參與國家863項目一項。發表研究論文、專利和編著等100多篇，獨立編著學術著作1部，主編教材1部，副主編教材4部；2009和2010年分獲江蘇省六大人才高峰和南京市優秀留學回國人員項目資助。2015年獲國家自然科學基金資助一項（主持）。
