王慧，女，中國藥科大學副教授，碩士生導師，江蘇省微生物學與免疫學會理事，江蘇省“青藍工程”優秀骨干教師，江蘇省“六大人才高峰”第八批高層次人才。2008年畢業于南京醫科大學，獲免疫學博士學位。1999年獲中山醫科大學（中山大學中山醫學院）免疫學碩士學位，1992年獲徐州醫學院臨床醫學學士學位。研究方向為生物學，目前主要從事抗腫瘤藥物的研究，尤其是多糖類和多肽類抗腫瘤藥物藥效與機制的研究。近年來先后主持或參與國家科技重大專項、國家自然科學基金、教育部基金和江蘇省科技計劃項目等。目前發表學術論文40余篇，獲得市級科技進步獎2項。長期從事本科生的《醫學微生物學與免疫學》、《微生物學與免疫學》、《免疫學技術》等課程的教學工作，教學效果優秀，發表教學論文4篇，獲得校級教學成果二等獎3項。
