致力于企業管理的研究與教學工作。主要研究領域為Big Data in HR,Employer Brand,E-Commerce。發表SSCI、SCI、EI、CSCD、CSSCI、人大復印等收錄的多篇論文,2010年出版學術專著《人力資源管理的信號傳遞與互補匹配效能研究》。主講《人員選拔》、《Marketing Research》和《E-commerce》本科及雙語課程,為研究生講授《人力資源管理》和《管理研究方法》學位課程。
