【研究領域】
多年來,藤田盛久博士致力于細胞分子生物學和生物化學的研究,尤其是糖生物學和分子遺傳學領域。特別是他在蛋白質糖脂翻譯后修飾術語也叫做GPI錨定化的生理功能研究中的突出貢獻。他鑒定出并分析了GPI錨結構重構中的關鍵基因。目前,他把目標放在具有生物學和醫學意義的重要糖蛋白胞內轉運過程的研究。為了深入了解該過程,運用遺傳學方法,細胞生物學和生物化學等技術綜合的在動物細胞和酵母細胞中開展研究。
