李沖，講師，碩士生導師

教育經歷：

2009/09 - 2014/07，中國科學院半導體研究所，微電子與固體電子學，博士2005/09 - 2009/07，北京理工大學，光電學院，電子科學與技術專業，學士

研究方向：

一直致力于Si基半導體光電探測器的研究，涉及器件物理，工藝物理，測試表征等研究方向。

主要成果：

目前主持國家和省部級項目5項，包括：國家自然科學青年基金，北京市教委項目等，迄今發表文章17篇，其中第一作者SCI論文8篇，第一發明人申請專利2項。
