1989.03-1992.03，西北工業大學飛機系博士研究生，獲工學博士學位。
1992.05-1999.01，西北工業大學，講師、副教授。
1999.02-2002.03，美國加州大學爾灣分校機械與宇航工程系，副研究員。
2002.05-2008.04，新加坡國立大學淡馬錫研究所，研究員，計算流體力學團隊負責人。
2008.05至今，西北工業大學流體力學學科“長江學者”特聘教授，博導 。
