LOU Yaoxiong is a professor and academic adviser for the Master of Laws in the School of Humanities at BUPT. He serves as the director of Telecommunication Law Research Center, the academic leader of the Science of Law, and the chairman of Law Committee at BUPT. He received the Master of Laws in Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and the Doctor of Judicial Science (SJD) at Peking University. He was a visiting scholar of Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is also an arbitrator of China International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and a member of New York City Bar. His published books include The Study of Information Law, Telecommunication Law, The Study of Telecommunication Law, The Aesthetic of Jurisprudence, Jurisprudence, and Restatement of Latest U.S.A. Judgements on Telecommnications Law Cases (1996-2016).
