個人簡歷

2005年畢業于中國科學院物理研究所，獲理學博士學位。

2005-2008在清華大學從事博士后研究。

工作經歷

2008年6月起在北京理工大學工作，2010年8月起為物理學院副教授，現兼任原子分子簇科學教育部重點實驗室副主任。

科研方向研究領域：

薄膜的生長機理與物性研究;低維材料與器件及其應用中的物理問題。

實驗條件：

真空鍍膜實驗室：包括磁控濺射，離子束輔助濺射沉積，電子束蒸發，分子束外延等鍍膜機系統; 紫外曝光實驗室，能夠進行基本的微加工實驗; 簡單的光電特性測量設備。

主持完成國家自然科學基金一項，教育部博士點基金一項，參與自然科學基金多項。主持并完成中國博士后科學基金一項，北京理工大學校內各種基金多項。以主要作者發表SCI論文20余篇。

學生培養

“無論學生是何種出身，何種性格，將來從事何種職業，都不會讓他們和我在一起虛度光陰”。

每年招收兩2名左右的碩士研究生，截止2014年，已招收碩士研究生14人，協助培養博士生1人，已畢業7人，其中3人或校優秀論文獎(獲獎率5%)，已畢業的學生都有很好的工作去向
