商艷芬，工業工程系，副教授

研究方向：質量管理與工程；分類數據生產及服務過程的監控與診斷；多工序過程的控制與改進；實驗設計；六西格瑪。

個人簡介

商艷芬，天津大學管理與經濟學部工業工程系副教授、碩士生導師。于2004年獲得天津大學管理學院工業工程學士學位，2007年獲得天津大學管理學院管理科學與工程碩士學位，2011年獲得香港科技大學工業工程與物流管理博士學位。主要研究領域為于質量管理，特別是統計過程控制方面的研究。講授課程包括人因工程及生產計劃與控制等。

商艷芬副教授曾在國際期刊《Journal of Quality Technology》、 《IIE Transactions》, 《Computers and Industrial Engineering》等發表SCI檢索論文近十篇，參與編寫學術論著1部（部分章節）。先后承擔2項國家自然科學基金項目，包括青年基金項目和面上項目。擔任Technometrics, Computers & Industrial Engineering, International Journal of Production Research, IIE Transactions等期刊審稿專家。
