主要研究方向包括多軸數控加工刀路生成及優化、多軸自適應加工、多軸測量軌跡規劃、工業機器人等領域。目前已負責及完成香港研究資助局RGC項目3項,香港創新科技局ITF項目2項,完成總項目金額約1000萬港幣。除此之外,本人長期擔任Computer-Aided Design, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Computational Design and Engineering雜志審稿人。
