個人簡介
內蒙古大學計算機學院教授。2002年7月畢業于內蒙古大學計算機學院,獲學士學位;2005年7月畢業于北京大學計算機系,獲碩士學位;2011年9月畢業于澳大利亞國立大學工程與計算機學院,2012年4月獲博士學位。2011年獲得國家優秀自費留學生獎勵。2013年5月-2014年4月在新加坡南洋理工大學工作,任職Research Fellow。2015年入選內蒙古自治區“草原英才”工程。
研究興趣包括無線網絡、傳感器網絡、移動計算、普適計算等。目前主持多項科研項目,包括2項國家自然科學基金項目、1項內蒙古自治區自然科學基金項目等。在包括IEEE匯刊和中國計算機學會(CCF)推薦的學術期刊和學術會議上發表了30余篇學術論文。國家自然科學基金通訊評審專家,IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、Automatica、IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications、Computer Networks等國際期刊審稿人。

Biography He obtained the B.E. degree in computer science from Inner Mongolia University (IMU), Hohhot, China, in 2002, the M.S. degree in computer science from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in information engineering from the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia, in 2012. From May 2013 to April 2014, he worked as Research Fellow in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is with the College of Computer Science, IMU, where he is currently a professor. He was a recipient of the Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Chinese Students Abroad in 2011, and was selected to be the Grassland Elite in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2015.
His research interests include wireless networks, sensor networks, mobile computing, ubiquitous computing and etc. Currently, he is the principal investigator of two NSFC grants and one regional NSF grants. He has published over 30 research papers on refereed journals and conferences, including IEEE transactions and journals and conferences recommended by China Computer Federation (CCF). He served as the corresponding reviewer of NSFC and the reviewer of premier international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、Automatica、IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications、Computer Networks.
