楊小軍,男,1981年9月生,甘肅甘谷人,工學博士。 現任中國礦業大學深部巖土力學與地下工程國家重點實驗室研究員,中國礦業大學越崎學者。長期開展分形理論研究,在局部分數階微積分學、廣義分數階微積分學、變階次微積分學和廣義導數、局部分數階Fourier和Laplace變換、分形小波理論、分形集合理論、分形熱傳導理論、廣義分數階粘彈性力學、分形彈性力學(變分原理)、分形斷裂力學(J積分理論)、Fourier型和Laplace型積分變換、局部分數階線性和非線性微分方程計算方法及分形孤波理論等方面作出了原創性工作。在國內外學術期刊發表論文160余篇,其中SCI收錄120余篇;ESI高被引論文24篇,熱點論文3篇,Scopus H指數為28,Web of Science H指數為24,他引次數1400余次; 在著名國際出版社(Springer、Elsevier、De Gruyter Open和Nova Publisher)等出版社出版了9篇章節; 在Academic Press (Elsevier) 等出版社出版英文著作4部;獲得2016年度中國百篇最具影響國際學術論文;入選2017年度愛思唯爾中國數學領域高被引學者榜單(榜首);擔任《Fractals-Complex Geometry, Patterns, and Scaling in Nature and Society 》等十余個國際著名SCI期刊編委或副主編。 擔任Springer、World Scientific Publisher ( Singapore)、Elsevier Science Publisher (The Netherlands) 和CRC Press (Taylor and Francis Group) 等出版社書稿的審稿人,120余個SCI期刊(來自于Springer、Elsevier、Taylor & Francis、Wiley、World Scientific、AMS、APS、AIP、IOP、IEEE、PLOS、SAGE、De Gruyter、Begell House, Emerald, MDPI, Hindawi等)的審稿人。
