1、統計基因組學:目前從事海量數據的遺傳分析方法研究。代表性論文:提出懲罰最大
似然方法(Heredity, SCI引用>50),參與提出Bayesian壓縮估計方法(Genetics,
SCI引用接近100次)
2、基因分子進化:目前從事基因組變異與復雜性狀形成的分子進化機制研究。代表性論
文:基因組變異與豆科植物根瘤固氮(MBE 2013,影響因子:14.308)、禾本科植物高
淀粉含量(MBE 2012,影響因子:10.353)和高蛋白質含量的分子進化機制
3、大豆遺傳學:在TAG和Mol Breeding等發表論文多篇

從事生物統計學的教學與應用研究工作,曾任重慶市遺傳學會常務理事、動物科學系主任助理和
副主任、重慶市榮昌縣政協常委。
