姚小軍教授(ProfessorXiaojunYao)，博士生導師。男，1976年3月生。1998年本科畢業于蘭州大學化學系高分子化學專業。1998年至2003年，在蘭州大學化學系分析化學專業攻讀博士學位。2002年至2005年，在法國巴黎第七大學攻讀化學信息與理論化學專業博士學位。2005年1月起在蘭州大學化學化工學院工作。曾獲促進科學技術研究中法協會信息科學獎、法國華人青年企業家協會教育基金會優秀中國留學人員獎、國家留學基金委優秀自費留學生獎學金等獎勵。2007年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”。先后主持和完成國家自然科學基金青年基金項目和面上項目、教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃項目、教育部留學回國人員啟動基金以及3項橫向課題。目前擔任中國化學會計算機化學專業委員會委員以及CurrentPharmaceuticalDesign刊物編委。目前的主要研究興趣包括：發展和應用化學信息、分子模擬以及復雜網絡分析方法，研究與腫瘤相關信號通路、病毒感染和復制等過程相關的生物大分子的結構、功能及其調控機制；結合化學信息學、分子模擬和生物活性評價，發現和設計具有抗腫瘤和抗病毒活性的苗頭或者先導化合物。
