個人簡介:
1973年2月生,1995年于北京航空航天大學航空發動機專業獲工學學士學位,本科畢業后免試推薦攻讀研究生,2001年3月獲博士學位。博士畢業后,在北京航空航天大學流體機械及工程博士后流動站工作。2002年博士后出站后留校任教至今。期間,2007年破格聘為教授,2008年聘為博士生導師。2009年6月~2010年6月,在加州大學伯克利分校做訪問研究。
科研方面,主持了3項“國家自然科學基金”項目,1項“全國優秀博士學位論文作者專項基金”,2項“航空科學基金”項目,1項“中國博士后科學基金”等縱向課題,主持了多項和廠所合作的預研和型號課題。獲得的獎勵有:獲教育部“新世紀優秀人才計劃”(2006)支持,博士論文被評為“全國百篇優秀博士學位論文(2003)”,北京市“五四獎章”獲得者(2009),獲部級科技進步一等獎一項(2012)、二等獎兩項(1997,2013)、三等獎(2007)一項,被評為“國防科技工業優秀博士(2005)”,首屆北航“藍天科研新星”(2005)。獲批國家發明專利4項,出版專著《渦輪葉片疲勞》,主編教材《典型航空發動機結構對比分析》。
教學方面,是北航本科生精品課“彈性力學”的主講教師(北航優秀主講教師);主講研究生一級學科基礎課“高等固體力學”(北航首批“研究生精品課”)。獲得的榮譽有:北京市“教學成果一等獎(2012)”,北京市“師德先進個人(2008)”;“高校優秀德育工作者(2006-2007)”;“教育創新標兵(2006)”;北航“第九屆(2008年)青年教師課堂教學比賽”一等獎及最佳教案獎;北航優秀碩士學位論文指導教師(2007,2008);北航教學成果一等獎(2009);北航教學成果三等獎(2009)。
